I am Magdalena Morataya, originally from El Salvador and I has been living in Ottawa since 1990.

I discovered my passion for painting in 2008 and since then I has been experimenting with different techniques and themes.

After a couples of years painting without formal education I started to take classes at the Ottawa School of Art.
